Okay, I can be bought for cash. I liked the motivation of getting some of my cash back, a goal to try for in addition to the lost pounds through healthy diet food. The plan cost was $9.99 a week, for a 30 pound weight loss, over 15 weeks. And, there is six weeks of stabilization time and ongoing maintenance for a year. For a grand total of 73 weeks, it cost me $730.00. It was a large outlay, but I have spent more than that on Jenny Craig without the drop fat guarantee and no weigh loss to boot.
I went ahead and got on the program. You learn the program for the first 2 days. I stared out with the Take Off juice, proteins and lots of raw green vegetables. I dropped a quick 2 pounds.
After my 2 day Take Off, I found out that the guaranteed weight loss, I had to eat their LA Weight Loss bars. It gets expensive eating 2 a day while on the body fat loss program and then the expense dips a little when you switch to 1 bar a day for stabilization and maintenance. The cost for the bars for my entire system was going to cost me about $1000. It was fortunate I was not required to purchase them all at the beginning. I picked up some bars for $300 to get started and some time later found better prices on LA Weight Loss bars on eBay.
Investing in the LA Weight Loss structure was one of the best dedications I ever made. Going in for the 3 weighins a week was a breeze. I thought it was going to be a pain, but the weighins are a quick in and out, unless you need to ask questions of them. For vacations, they put me on a weight loss program hold until I returned. The best athletes, chess players, and debaters all have a instructor. After getting so far all you can, the next step is to get expert training. If you are not getting the results you want, change your scheme. The problem with spotting that natural healthy diet and healthy exercise is the way to drop fat and actually applying that knowledge to drop fat are two different things.
